What To Expect
Day 0:
Gut microbiome is at a state of imbalance. High amounts of bad bacteria draw water into the intestine creating diarrhoea.
Day 15:
The microbial community starts shifting towards balance. The beneficial bacteria start taking over, reducing the amount of water in the Gut. Diarrhoea is now less frequent. Stools are firmer.
Day 60:
The microbiome is further shifted towards balance with even less symptoms. Stools are more regular and digestion is less sensitive.
Day 120:
The shift in the microbial is complete. Diarrhoea and IBS symptoms experienced by the user are little to none.

FAQ
How is Plug The Flow different from other products?
Our formulation features Saccharomyces Boulardii, a probiotic strain clinically proven to promote firm stool consistency.
With a robust 5 billion CFU count, our supplement is designed to optimise gut health, specifically enhancing proper stool formation.
This is not just a temporary fix but a long-term solution.
What results can I expect and by when?
By Day 20, as the microbiome reaches balance, Diarrhoea decreases and stools become firmer.
Within 60 days, the enhanced microbial balance leads to reduced symptoms and consistent stool patterns.
By Day 120, the comprehensive microbial transformation results in minimal to no Diarrhoea and alleviated IBS symptoms.
How does Plug The Flow work?
An imbalanced microbiome triggers Diarrhoea due to the presence of detrimental bacteria causing an influx of excessive intestinal water.
As Day 15 approaches, a more balanced microbial community, facilitated by beneficial bacteria, effectively reduces gut water content, resulting in the amelioration of Diarrhoea and a firming of stool consistency.
By Day 60, we can see diminished symptoms and the establishment of regular stool patterns.
By Day 120, a complete microbial shift is achieved, leading to a remarkable reduction or complete absence of both Diarrhoea and IBS symptoms, reflecting the restoration of optimal gut health.
How can probiotics help with Diarrhoea/IBS?
Our supplement combines probiotic and prebiotic strains to help maintaining a well-balanced gut microbiome for improved digestion.
Our probiotic-rich composition aids in fostering healthy digestion and facilitating the proper development of stools, aiding relief from Diarrhoea and IBS symptoms.
Plug The Flow can even be beneficial after a course of antibiotics to help with antibiotic induced Diarrhoea.
Can Sova's Supplements be taken with other medication?
Our supplements are safe to consume with medication but it is always best to check with your health care provider.
In the case of antibiotics, taking pre+probiotics together with antibiotics is safe and will not cause any adverse effects. However, antibiotics will drastically reduce the efficacy of probiotics because of their antibacterial properties. It is advisable to start taking the supplements one day after the antibiotics course is over.
Are there any side effects to taking synbiotic supplements?
Sova's supplements are safe, but a natural temporary process caused by the live bacteria taking effect may may cause temporary side effects such as bloating, gas, especially in the first 2 weeks.
When you take pre+probiotic supplements containing live bacteria, they begin to populate your gut microbiome. This can cause some temporary side effects, such as bloating, gas, and mild digestive discomfort, especially in the first few weeks of use. This is because the new bacteria are interacting with the existing bacteria in your gut, and your gut microbiome is adapting to the new microbial environment.
As the new bacteria begin to take effect, they may start to break down and ferment dietary fibers and other carbohydrates that are not typically digested by the body. This process can produce gas, which can lead to bloating and mild discomfort.
While these side effects can be uncomfortable, they are generally considered to be a natural part of the process as your gut microbiome adapts to the new bacteria. In most cases, these side effects should subside within a few weeks as your gut microbiome adjusts.
It is important to note that if you experience severe or prolonged side effects, or if you have a weakened immune system, SIBO, or other serious health conditions, you should consult with your healthcare provider before taking synbiotic supplements.
Are Sova's Supplements safe to consume long-term?
All of the strains in Sova supplements are GRAS (generally recognized as safe) ingredients. There is no problem taking them long term.
