How do I upload my blood test?


Please sign up on https://app.sova.health/signup. You will see an option to fill in your health profile. Complete this and the "Upload Blood Test" option will be unlocked and you will be able to upload your test.




Do you offer refunds?

We believe that we’re offering the most fair way of seeing if Sova is a good fit: through a trial.

However, if you believe that your experience was underwhelming or you encountered issues that prevented you from fully experiencing Sova during your trial, please reach out to us at support@sova.health to talk about a refund.

Do you offer subscriptions?


We currently do not offer subscriptions due to an RBI mandate against recurring payments. You can choose between 3 month and 6 month payment options. If you'd like a subscription, we would love to hear from you. Please write to us at support@sova.health




How do I sign up for the program after the 10 day trial?


You can upgrade your plan on the web app when your trial has ended.




How can I cancel my paid plan?


We understand that things happen — sometimes life gets busy and maybe you didn’t get to even try Sova before your plan ran out or even realized that Sova is not for you a few days late. Not to worry! What happens to the amount that I paid for the trial if I upgrade to a 3 month or a 6 month plan?


The amount you've paid for the trial will be adjusted in your total plan amount. That means you just have to pay the balance




What should I do after I have purchased a plan?


Sit back and relax :) Your health is now our priority. Our team will reach out to you via Whatsapp within 24-48 hours and invite you to a private WhatsApp group with your health coach fo daily interactions and coordination.




Do you have any referral programs?


Yes, we do and we love it when our customers bring in their friends and families :) We keep adding referral benefits and you can find these in the Profile Section of your account under Refer and Earn.




How do I use my discount code?


Please sign up on https://app.sova.health/signup. If you have a discount/referral code, please type it into the Referral Code box while signing up and the discounted price will be visible for you while choosing a plan.
